1. Bihar Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (Labour Card Schemes)

Eligibility:
Registered construction workers aged 18–60 years.

Benefits:

• Accidental death: ₹4,00,000
• Natural death: ₹2,00,000
• Marriage assistance: ₹50,000
• Maternity benefit: ₹90,000 (for female workers)
• Disability pension: ₹1,000 per month
• Pension: ₹1,000 per month (after age 60)
• House repair assistance: ₹20,000
• Toilet construction: ₹3,500 or actual cost
• Housing construction assistance: ₹1,50,000
• Education assistance: ₹5,000–₹20,000
• Cash reward: ₹10,000–₹25,000
• Medical assistance (serious illness): As per government norms

Eligibility:
Workers aged 18–65 years.

• Accidental death: ₹2,00,000
• Natural death: ₹50,000

• Partial disability: ₹50,000

Application:
Submit application at Block Office / Labour Office.

3. Bihar Migrant Labour Accident Grant Scheme, 2008

Eligibility:
Migrant workers aged 18–65 years.

Benefits:

• Accidental death: ₹2,00,000
• (After 09.02.2026): ₹4,00,000
• Permanent disability: ₹1,00,000
• Partial disability: ₹50,000

Application:
Through RTPS portal or Labour Department.

4. Chief Minister Labourer Pension Scheme (For Unorganized Workers & Small Traders)

Eligibility:
Workers aged 18–40 years.

Contribution:

• Monthly contribution: ₹55–₹200

Benefits:

• Minimum pension of ₹3,000 per month after 60 years of age

5. E-Shram Portal Registration

Eligibility:
Workers aged 16–59 years.

Benefits:

• Insurance coverage up to ₹2,00,000
• Financial assistance in case of accident or disability

Requirement:
Aadhaar card, bank account, and mobile number.

6. Bonded Labour Rehabilitation Scheme, 2016 & Central Sector Scheme, 2021

Eligibility:
Freed bonded labourers.

Benefits:

• Immediate assistance: ₹30,000
• Rehabilitation assistance: ₹1,00,000 – ₹3,00,000
